Metal Foam Roofs

Our metal foam roof was developed by Westerner Products approximately 25 years ago because of a need we found in the manufactured home industry. Swamp coolers mounted on typical galvanized steel roofing surfaces were gradually corroding and destroying the integrity of the roofs.

Our metal foam roof combines the durability of painted aluminum with the insulating qualities of polystyrene foam. It not only adds superior insulating qualities, but provides a leak-proof roof warrantied for 10 years! It will certainly increase the value and comfort of your home.

A typical installation takes from 1-3 days, and includes extending the vents, adding new supports for your cooler, and applying the new roof. The work can be done at any time during the year, though more careful planning is required during the monsoon season.

In order to maximize the insulating properties of your roof, the only color available in metal foam is white.
